Raptor Cutting Tools Inc. stands behind its products 100% and warrants against defects in material, manufacturing and workmanship. Our liability, as expressed or implied, is limited to replacement, repair, credit of the defective products, or no action, all at the manufacturers discretion. There is no expressed or implied warranty as to the merchantability, risk and liability whatsoever resulting from any use of said products including consequential damages. To be eligible for a warranty claim, the product must be returned for warranty inspection, prepaid freight. Notification of Raptor Cutting tools Inc. and a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) must be obtained prior to goods being returned for inspection.

Warranty coverage does not apply to discontinued merchandise, non-stock items.

Items found not repairable or under warranty will be scrapped unless a return is requested freight collect.

Welding charges will apply for band saw blades that are broken other than in the weld zone.

Questionable defects may need to be examined by the original manufacturer and need further analysis.

No credit, repair or replacement will be given on products, which in our opinion, have been used improperly or have reached the end of their service life.

Products sold by Raptor Cutting Tools Inc. are designated for industrial use only. They are to be used by trained personnel, knowledgeable about the capabilities and limitations of such products. Improper or overuse of Products can lead to failure and consequential injury. To be safe, always use personnel protection when using Raptor Cutting Tools products. Eye protection, hand protection, hearing protection and protective clothing should be used at all times. Keep hands clear of all moving cutting tools. Replace or sharpen dull tools. Use the correct tool for the job at hand.
